What Has Changed? 

Let’s overview the main differences you can notice in a new X-Ray Contact website design.

  1. 50 Percent Faster. We’ve optimized the site, so you can expect fewer lags and delays, speeding up your investigation. 
  2. Search Bar Focus. We’ve refreshed the design, so it is even more effective for a quick person of interest investigation. Swift access to the Search bar is the main priority of the UI redesign.
  3. More Subscription Plans. We’ve listened to your feedback that Subscription Plans are the most convenient method to use the platform as it unlocks all the X-Ray Contact functions. That’s why we’ve added even more Subscription Plans that will suit your needs. 
  4. Personal Page Modifications. Now, you can use the Account Settings section to conveniently access all functions in one place. You can change the settings, access billing info and track the current Subscription Plan within the tab.
  5. New Credit System Design. The new Advanced and Basic Credit design is intuitively understandable and easy to use.
  6. An Updated FAQ. Both new and long-term clients can learn more about our service with a detailed version of the popular questions and answers page. Moreover, now FAQ is divided into thematic sections, so you can effortlessly find exactly what you need.
  7. An Improved Search Profile. We’ve made an analysis of your feedback on how to present the search results. Now, search reports are better organized and more convenient to scroll through after the investigation is over.

How Does New Design Affect Your X-Ray Contact Experience? 

Our new design features are wired to boost the efficiency of the service and give clients access to more useful functions. Here are some of the modifications: 

  • More Trial Opportunities. We will grant 1 Advanced Credit to all our clients who have previously made at least one purchase and 2 Basic Credits to clients who were previously registered but have never made a purchase before the new design release.
  • The Subscription Plan Benefits. Clients will gain access to the full scope of the service features after getting a Subscription Plan. We are ready to present a new offer: unlimited Basic Credits (with a limitation: 1 search per minute) and 50 advanced Credits. Choose it to streamline the verification process and to check even more people using our channels.
  • Interface. We’ve changed the UI based on customer feedback, so now you can intuitively run a search in a few clicks. 
  • Search Profile. An intuitively organized and easy-to-navigate personal details overview.
  • Spending Balance. Now, it is more convenient for clients to track how many Credits they have left. We’ve added a new feature: “Usage Stats” so you can be aware of how and when you’ve used your Search Credits. Find this update in the “Account Settings” tab under the name “Usage Stats.”
