Privacy
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Go to the tab "Account Settings".
- Select the option "Personal Settings".
- Press on the button "Delete My Account".
Please note, you cannot restore a deleted X-Ray Contact account.
Each search conducted through X-Ray Contact is anonymous. The person being searched will not receive any notification or indication that they have been looked up.
Prices and Billing
Credits are a currency system at X-Ray Contact, used to perform various searches.
Basic credits are used to perform Basic Person searches, including Phone, Email and Social search types that provide general contact info. Use them to quickly find or check a phone or an email of a targeted person.
Advanced credits are used to perform Name, Image and Advanced Person searches, including Phone, Email, and Social search types. When used for an Advanced Person search, it provides all data from Basic search and extra data from premium data sources: social media links, job and education info, images, phone and email analysis and more.
Unlimited Basic Credits are included in Advanced and Mastermind Subscription Plans, allowing users to conduct unrestricted Basic searches. Fair use limitations apply, limiting such searches to 1 per minute.
We provide ways to get free credits:
- Sign up to get 3 free Basic credits immediately.
Please note, free credits are not available to users who registered again after deleting their account.
After your account is deleted, all unused credits are permanently removed from your account. Since we remove all your data — this action cannot be undone. The Subscription Plan will be automatically deactivated, and you won't be charged again.
Credits Package is a one-time purchase of a specified amount of credits. These credits can be used as long as you are a member of the site and never expire.
Subscription Plan provides access to all our features for a fixed monthly fee, including unlimited Basic credits for Advanced and Mastermind subscribers. Moreover, subscribing grants full data access. The credits purchased with the Subscription Plan are refreshed monthly upon subscription renewal. However, if the subscription is not renewed, these credits expire.

To cancel your Subscription Plan, follow these steps:
- Go to the tab "Account Settings".
- Select the option "Billing".
- Press on the button "Cancel Subscription Plan".

Usage
Request cost depends on the search type you want to perform. You can run a Basic or Advanced search for a specific search type. Here is a detailed description of the credit cost for each type of search:
- Email Search — 1 Basic credit or 1 Advanced credit.
- Phone Search — 1 Basic credit or 1 Advanced credit.
- Social Search — 1 Basic credit or 1 Advanced credit.
- Name Search — 1 Advanced credit per opened profile.
- russian Search — free.
Your search history is displayed in the "History" tab.
If you search for someone who is already in your search history, we won't charge credits. Instead, we'll show the profile from your history.
Here's a simple guide to request it:
- Sign in or sign up for our platform if you haven't already.
- Go to "Account Settings".
- Click on "API".
- Fill out the form to send a request.
- We will review your request and reach out for further details.
The X-Ray Contact API is available for clients with an Advanced or Mastermind Subscription Plan. The pricing remains consistent with those Subscription Plans and is determined by the requested number of Basic and Advanced credits.
Our social mission is to stand against injustice and crime using openly available resources. That's why X-Ray Contact provides a free russian Search to every registered user. You can run a search with an email, social media, or phone number via our service. X-Ray Contact will provide you with a report on the russian person if they are present in our database.
Please note that the russian Search via API is only available with an Advanced or Mastermind Subscription Plan. The regular russian Search on the platform is free for all users.
Credits are refunded in the following cases:
- If an error occurs during your search. We are constantly improving our platform and try to provide the best possible experience, but sometimes bugs happen. In most such cases credits are returned automatically within 72 hours, but don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form or at support@x-ray.contact, and we will assist you with any problems you experience when using X-Ray Contact.
- If Basic search returns no data. The credit is refunded automatically after the search.
In all other cases, credits are not refunded.
